>Quail Eggs

>

Cloche overstuffed with eggs and flowers.

I first printed the quail in black and white.
The source is from:

I also printed the quail in color.
The color photo is pretty.
I like the black and white photo too.
Which one do you like better?
How to blow out the egg yolks.
First wash the eggs with soap and water.
Use a push pin to poke small holes in both ends of the egg.
Be very gentle with the eggs as some may break if you push too hard.

A turkey baster works to remove the yoke.
Wash the eggshells to remove any leftover egg yolks and drain.

To top it all off we had scrambled quail eggs for breakfast.
