Burlap Coffee Sack – Bulletin Board

Make a bulletin board using a coffee sack.

You will need: a burlap sack, frame, cork, cardboard, paint, glue, stapler and push pins.

I painted my frame with Benjamin Moore – bone white in semi-gloss. Glue your cork to the cardboard. Cut your burlap sack to size including both the front and back and place it on top of your cork. Now staple and glue it to the back of your frame.

*Let dry overnight.

I purchased the frame with the floral print.

Any frame you have on hand will do.

Antique upholstery nails make great looking push pins. I painted them silver and then aged them with a walnut stain.

I love how the frame turned out.
What are you waiting for? Go make one yourself. You will be glad you did.
